With which uniforms can the U.S. Navy all-weather jacket (coat) be worn?
I'm referring to the trenchcoat. Somebody once told me that it was only with the service dress blues, but I think that's hokey jibber-jabber. I never saw anything in the uniform manual spelling it out.
