I would put one together in a heartbeat but I'm on shallow salt water and the water temperature here hits 85 in the summer so I'd be spinning my wheels. When I get off work it has been rainy and I've thought about the loss in the hose or pipe as well, and agree the buoyancy of insulation if any would have to be dealt with....
